These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and mrds666 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", or "us"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at mrds666.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and software interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by the Company at its sole discretion and subject to specific Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before the Company processes withdrawal transactions.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using the Platform would violate applicable laws or regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "We", "Us", or "Company" means mrds666 and its associated operating entities.
• "You" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.

The following eligibility requirements are mandatory and non-negotiable. Failure to meet or maintain any of these requirements entitles the Company to suspend or permanently close your Account and forfeit any funds therein associated with breaches:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. The Company enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with internationally recognised standards for casino and gambling activities. Users who are found to have been under 21 at the time of registration will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company does not represent that the Platform is accessible, lawful, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of the markets it actively serves.
• Single Account: Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, device, IP address, household, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and are subject to suspension.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not register or attempt to access the Platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• You must immediately notify mrds666 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way that creates an unfair advantage.
• You acknowledge that all games and betting markets offered on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published within each game or market interface. In cases of conflict, the game-specific rules take precedence over general Platform rules.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet or game result where technical errors, software malfunctions, or miscommunication of odds has occurred. In such cases, the relevant stake will be refunded to your Account Balance.
• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions.
• You are solely responsible for all decisions you make while using the Platform, including the decision to place any specific bet or wager.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Methods: The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. DuitNow transfers carry a minimum of RM50. There is no standard maximum deposit limit under normal account conditions.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except where the Company expressly permits alternative arrangements.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within five to fifteen minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take between fifteen and sixty minutes. These are indicative timeframes and are not guaranteed.
• Funds Ownership: All funds deposited into your Account must belong to you. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Currency: The Company does not charge currency conversion fees. All displayed balances are in MYR. Users depositing via cryptocurrency will have their deposit converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not considered real-money funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash directly.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any form of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, collusion between accounts, exploiting technical errors, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and all associated winnings and to permanently close the relevant accounts.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new, first-time registered users and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where the Company exercises its right to void markets due to technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or limit any betting market at any time at its sole discretion — including in response to match-fixing suspicions, extraordinary circumstances, or regulatory requirements.
• Maximum win limits apply per account per day across sportsbook and casino products. These limits are specified within individual product sections of the Platform and may vary by account level.
• The Company employs fraud detection systems that monitor unusual betting patterns. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or syndicate betting may be restricted or closed.
• For live betting markets, odds are dynamic and subject to change in real time. The Company accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on odds that were in the process of updating at the time of placement.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the results displayed on the Platform and the official results published by the relevant sporting authority, the official results shall take precedence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, or other programmes to interact with Platform systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies across markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any Platform software or systems.
• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with the Company.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have not been authorised for use by their registered owner.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of the Platform for money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a valid third-party demand, court order, or regulatory directive requiring Account restriction.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder through official support channels.

Upon permanent Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of all KYC requirements and provided no fraud, breach, or legal hold applies.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the mrds666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms part of the binding Terms between you and the Company.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, performing KYC verification, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and improving Platform services. The Company does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, relating to the Platform and its content. Without limiting the foregoing:

• The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The Company shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, network failures, or regulatory actions.
• The Company's aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in this clause shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, text content, and game assets — are the exclusive property of mrds666 or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the Company's prior written consent.

The mrds666 name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of Company trademarks is strictly prohibited and will be actively enforced.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account, by on-screen notification upon next login, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account through official support channels.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law applicable to the jurisdiction of the Platform's licensing authority. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
